This is a really great dispensary. They have always been so helpful, especially when you are new. I’ve seen them help elderly people who are stepping into a dispensary for the first time. It’s super wholesome to see. They let me bring my leashed bird in with me too. Really cool place.

Brand new to dispensaries, chose this one to be my first one ever. What an exciting experience, all staff were super friendly and helpful since this was so nerve wracking. They were sold out of one item I wanted to try out, but the budtenders helped me find something comparable. I didn't mind if it was a different price!
Another customer who was also in at the same time as me had a similar situation and left a nasty review that was just very untrue, so I had to jump on here and say something. The budtenders are very thorough at their job and go over everything with you, even if an item is sold out and what you can replace it with and verify with you what the price is. You're not leaving not knowing what you got

Had two great visits. I work in an Ohio Dispensary and like to checkout other dispensaries. I went once when it was medical only and once after adult use became legal. They have handled the change well. Good place!
PS on a visit to the area this year, I forgot an item we use medically and stopped in again because they had it in stock. Another great visit that went just perfect.

Bri, is my favorite! She’s so helpful, and very knowledgeable in her field! Not to mention funny! Little jokes along the way to make you feel at ease and lighten the environment to not feel as stuffy, like some of the “other” establishments. I was not nearly as experience and not sure what I needed and she guided me each step along the way. I highly recommend if you go there, and you should, ask for Bri!!!

Awesome place .Great selection and service. One suggestion to the staff and a heads up to customers .There website hasn't been as accurate as there menu inside the store .iv been shopping here since November 2024 and I noticed that after checking out the website for there vape carts I go inside to check out and see if there was anything new on the stores tablets and everytime there are a few things that are not on the website but are available at the store. Not a big deal just inconvenient sometimes. Highly recommended checking this place out if you've never been

Ethos is my favorite dispensary in this area. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The product quality is high, they offer weekly discounts from 15-30% on brands and categories, and they have a points system that allows you to get additional discounts as well. Give them a try if you haven't and, if you have previously, they are worth a revisit.

These people are awesome! So knowledgeable. So polite. So efficient. There is always something new. Their recommendations are spot on. Medical marijuana helped my husband while he was preparing for a liver transplant (he got it 8/29/2024!). I use it for pain relief from advanced scoliosis and fibromyalgia. It's a lifesaver. The staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful. They were out of the product or a replacement I was interested in. I got a little frustrated but my bud/wellness expert was polite and indicated there were several other dispenses to help a little down the road (about 12-17 miles)

You all have great deals and staff, but the reward point glitch and then the decision by ownership to not restore people’s points was an awful misstep. That’s hundreds if not thousands of dollars to consumers who keep
your lights on. The medical marijuana business prints money and the main consideration should be the the people who pay and voted for your right to earn revenue.

So almost 100% of the time this is the top shelf dispensary in quality, price, and ease of acces/use, in a 50-60 mile radius. However, 92% of the time the staff staff is tops, it’s the 8% …. “I really don’t want to be here” Attitude.

Stopped in Saturday afternoon and saw Dakota, Kieran, Keegan and Connor! Some of my faves! This is my go to store every single time. They have the process down and there is very rarely a wait. Definitely impressed! This was my first time visiting, wow you guys nailed it! Prices were great today and the process was super fast even as a new patient.
