A Message from CEO Teddy Scott Regarding COVID-19
UPDATE: March 23, 2020
We at Ethos want to thank you for your support and patience during this uncertain time of the COVID-19 pandemic. To continue to improve the safety of our patients and employees we are making a few changes to our dispensary operations.
First of all, we continue to operate under normal business hours and have a steady supply of products. We are continuously cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces in the dispensary and requiring employees to stay home if they are sick or experiencing any questionable symptoms.
We are also implementing further measures to minimize contact among patients and employees and are following social distancing suggestions to remain six feet apart whenever possible. We will only be performing patient consultations by phone and not in person.
In support of limiting contact between employees and patients, we encourage you to reserve your products online or by phone at 267-861-7350 for pickup and payment in the dispensary. This will allow patients to get in and out quickly and limit social interactions.
Please continue to be careful and cautious so that we can take care of each other and our community.
March 13, 2020
We recognize this is a time of uncertainty and nervousness regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not know how severe the outbreak will be, how long it will last, or what governmental actions will be. We are currently maintaining normal business hours and will work to continue providing our essential services while protecting the health and safety of our patients, employees, and community.
Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other agencies, we have adopted an interim action plan to reduce risks related to COVID-19, which includes:
- Maintaining hygiene and sanitary conditions in the dispensary environment
- Minimizing physical contact among patients and employees
- Requiring employees to stay home if they are sick or exhibiting any symptoms that may be indicative of COVID-19 infection
We are continuing to monitor guidance from governmental agencies as we work to maintain a safe dispensary environment. You can visit our website at www.ethospa.com for further updates.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding this situation and our response to it. We can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and by phone at (267) 861-7350.
Please be careful and follow precautions so that we can take care of ourselves and our community.
